PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS

All prints for sale are made to order by David. He prints on Fotospeed’s fine art papers exclusively, employing the latest generation of Canon’s archival pigment inks in an Imageprograf pro-4600 printer for maximum print longevity.

David will personally check and confirm the quality of each print before signing and preparing it securely for dispatch. You should, therefore, receive your print in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a print is received in a damaged condition, you should contact us to remedy the issue (see Refunds and Returns below).

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch prints within one week of receiving your paid order, unless David happens to be travelling, in which case we will contact you to advise an expected dispatch date.

Shipping is FREE to addresses within the UK. For shipping to an overseas address, you will be charged only the additional postage costs to your country, compared with postage costs within the UK. We will advise you of such charges before confirming your order and committing it to print. Alternatively, please contact david@muiry.uk to confirm postage charges for international delivery before placing your order.

You are solely liable for any import taxes or customs duties arising in connection with shipping to an address outside of the UK.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

All prints are custom-made to order. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at david@muiry.uk; thereafter, an order will be deemed to be confirmed.

In the unlikely event that a print is received in a damaged condition, you should contact us in the first instance at david@muiry.uk within three days of receiving it, including details of the damage incurred. Should a replacement print be required, this will be produced and dispatched as a matter of priority.
