Where Dinosaurs Didn't Roam

If a brontosaurus or two had wandered into my frame as I was setting up to take this photograph, they would not have looked at all out of place. To me, this scene offers a window into the distant past, showing the land as it may have looked when dinosaurs roamed. But not here as the mass extinction event that did for the dinosaurs happened long before the Icelandic land mass rose out of the ocean.
